We first noticed Cecil Times, the lastest blogger to join a cluster of others working on covering of the area from various perspectives a few days ago. When we first noted its presence, it had broken a news piece about the merger of the People Bank of Elkton. Now we see from our comments section that they’ve written another posting on a case before the Board of Zoning Appeals this week.
