Shore Blogging

At the top of this blog, the pages section, you will find a new heading called “Shore Blogging.”  We’ve added that component to help readers navigate around a number of our history-related weblogs we’ve published.  These sites share postings about the past on Delmarva, include one on Cecil County, another on the larger peninsula and one that shares old Delmarva photos.  These three Internet publications join our advocacy weblog, which has as a concentration on the “411 on the Mayor and Commissioners of the Town of Elkton.”  It was launched when the Town of Elkton planned to sell 10 acres of Maryland Public Open Space to a developer.  About a month ago they abandoned that attempt, but we’ll continue to post things related to the 411 on Elkton on this site, as well as pieces on preservation advocacy.
