It’s 9:15 p.m. and all is not quiet on the Delaware State Line on this dark Tuesday night. The meeting is starting to wrap up and Senator Pipkin and Delegate Smigiel just made a few remarks. Now each commissioner is offering concluding remarks. They generally are thanking the people for coming to the meeting, for adhering to the speaking guidelines and for sharing ideas.
It’ll be over soon. Wouldn’t it be nice to have a crowd of this size in downtown Elkton, as we would have not too long ago.
