We’ve commented many times about the reporting that has been going on over the SPCA story, one that has thousands of readers clicking onto the Cecil County news. This morning we saw an insightful piece that moved on Pet News yesterday published by www.zootoo.com.
It is the best piece of reporting we’ve seen on this subject from any of the region’s media. Here’s why we say that: (1) it attempted to get the story from both sides of the issue; (2) Its reporter did some independent digging, other than what the sources provided; and (3) With the set of data they were able to mine, they presented a comprehensive report.
We appreciate the reporting done by Amy Liberman and we think Cecil County readers may find this one to more comprehensive as it reaches for that fair and balanced standard.
