Our fellow Cecil County Blogger, the Road to Compromise, has been busy mining You Tube to see what he could find on the inaugural train as it rolled through Cecil County. He had success since there was a cluster of videos showing enthusiastic group waiting patiently to catch a glimpse of the “Obama Express” and to shout words of encouragement as it passed through the county.
