As the campaign season gets underway and candidates seek to share their messages in a time when print publications have far less effective market penetration, we’ve also added a new links section where we’ll post links for local office-seekers from either party. It will be interesting to see if Elkton candidates make use of these new technologies, the way the county office-seekers are doing.
