Whenever a local issues-oriented blog comes to our attention, we announce it on Someone Noticed. Not too long ago we reported that the Elkton Alliance had entered the blogosphere. Although we were a little slow in catching this one, today we became aware of a new site concentrating on downtown Elkton. It says the blog “will be written by a number of concerned downtown residents, employees, and business owners.” It concentrates on reinvigorating the downtown and covering the issues for local residents, business owners, employees, and property owners.
