Elkton – January 22, 2010 – 6:45 p.m. — This Thursday evening Delmarva Power’s web site is still reporting that approximately 5,600 customers (out of 43,000) are still being affected by a power outage that rolled across Cecil County this afternoon, around 3:00 p.m. Service interruptions to over 10% of the utilities ratepayers are concentrated in Elk Neck , Elkton and the northeastern corner of the county.
