After reading about an informative local documentary called “Pop Goes Cecil” in the Cecil Land Use Alliance newsletter (CLUA), we watched the informative and creative work. Documentarian Robert Moreland, a Cecil College student, prepared this work for an exhibit at the college. Focusing on how development is changing the county in recent decades, it documents the changes that have taken place here during the student’s lifetime. We enjoyed watching the documentary and hope to see more local videography from Robert and others about Cecil County. Congratulations Robert for a fine piece of documentary work capturing the changes that are taking place in the landscape here, as the county addresses’ its land development policies.
