In the 1990′s, Elkton was in the mood to bring tourism back to Main Street and the project was called, Street Scape. We didn’t exactly bring the out of town folk in like North East and Chesapeake City, not even close, but it did give me the title idea for this photo.

You’re doing a fine job of capturing those images. We enjoy them a lot at Someone Noticed since it’s some important to record those passing events. You’re going to have share some professional tips with us someday, especially the techniques for capturing those people shots.
