Elkton, Feb. 10, 9:00 a.m. – This morning the National Weather Service cancelled it’s winter storm warning and placed Cecil County under a blizzard warning. The storm will intensify today, creating extremely hazardous conditions. The latest forecast map predicts 18.1 inches for most of Cecil, while the call for the lower part of the county, around Cecilton and Hacks Point, is for 15.inches.
