The Chestertown Spy, a Kent County blog, reported that the Upper Shore Community Mental Health Center, the only public psychiatric care facility serving the Upper Shore, will lock its door Sunday.
The Circuit Court of Dorchester County ruled against the Center Friday in a last-ditch effort to overturn the closure decision.
