Jobeth Bowers of North East, MD is the first to file for Democratic Central Committee of Cecil County. Currently he is active with the Cecil County Democrats Club, and President of the Cecil County Young Democrats, an organization which he helped to revitalize in July 2007. Since moving to the county in 2007, Jobeth became immediately active within the Democratic Organizations, much like he was in Harford County, where he lived before moving to Cecil. He has been committed to outreach, working with democratic candidates and providing voter registration outreach. “Many people have urged me to run for a legislative office, but I feel that the Central Committee is the best fit for me right now, based on my experience, worth ethic, and the importance that I place on my family.” Bowers has a 2 and a half year old daughter and is pre-law.
