A tweet from Cecil Times caught our attention this evening. The County is getting ready for a major construction project at the detention center and they’re concerned about the fees, including the one for the utility fund, the town will assess on the project. We’re sure this will be a discussion at a town meeting soon since the major utility sewer fund is out of money and new revenue sources are going to have to be found.
