As Friday evening rolled around and people headed home from another week of work, Wes Walker’s Main Street Cafe drew in a crowd. Elkton Town Commissioner Earl Piner, who is also a candidate for Cecil County Commmissioner was there too, making a guest appearance with Wes as the special host bartender for the evening. The laughter and small talk flowed, a few other candidates stopped in and it was a nice evening in a Main Street hospitality spot, as Commissioner Piner took care of his guests and had a chance to talk with lots of folk.
