The Friends for Charter of Cecil County filed its latest financial disclosure statement with the Maryland Board of Elections on Oct. 19, 2010. This update reports the group received $335 in added funds. The bulk, $300, came for the Cecil Land Use Alliance. Also three people joined 27 earlier supporters, adding $35 in revenue from individuals. With these latest additions, about 30 people have contributed cash, which accounts for 20% of total campaign funds. (The remainder came from business, largely through the BRAC Bus Tour.) Finally, the Cecil County Chamber of Commerce provided in-kind support valued at $140.
Expense in this latest report totaled $2,043. Chesapeake Publishing received $850 for advertising while a Lewiston, Maine printing company received $1,193.
