Police are searching for a man who held up an Elkton, Md., bank today. The robbery occurred about 11 a.m. at the PNC Bank at 115 N. Bridge Street, said Elkton police Lt. Matthew Donnelly. A man in his early 20s walked into the bank and handed a note to the clerk demanding money.
