Weather Service Releases Snow Accumulation Report: Totals of 2 to 5-inches across Most of County as Cecil Escapes Brunt of Storm

The National Weather Service has issued a report showing total snow-accumulations from the late Dec stormed that edged past Cecil County.  According to the 10:00 a.m. Dec. 27 update the accumulations were in the range of 2.0 inches to 5.0 inches for most of the county.  A small area around Warwick and the Delaware State Line got a heavier amount, heading into the 6-inch range.  The storm’s furry was concentrated along the coast and the lower Eastern Shore, with Rehoboth Beach, DE reporting 14.-5 inches.
