    Done. Also I have Cecil Times on an RSS feed so it’s updating Someone Noticed as soon as you add something there. I’ll put a a post later letting everyone know that they should scan those for updates on Cecil County News. One of the news aggregators, Topix, grabs news from the Cecil Whig and readers are able to access the full story from the newspaper without a subscription
